My ex best friend just called me to tell me he will sue me enough for defamation of character so that my parents lose their house.
Funny how things go.
He’s actually been to my parents house and they loved him.
Oh even better his mom wants to meet with my parents to show them printouts of my blog. Nobody harasses my family.
His mother met with a lawyer regarding me. Jimis even trying to claim I’m not allowed to post n00dz of myself on the internet?
He doesn’t want this up. This is my life. This is my blog. This is freedom of speech. Am I lying here at all Jimi, am I?

umm, you may want to link him to the definition of defamation.
it’s really hard to prove and really easy for people to claim they can sue over it…basically the rule of thumb is if you can prove what you’re saying is true (and hasn’t damaged them business wise or personally) and not just made up shit, they have no case and you’re cool.
i hate that everyone on the internet tries to pull this card.

I’ve already consulted someone regarding his so called “legal action” which he already lied about.
And it’s pretty hilarious since defamation is one of the hardest things to prove in court - it almost always gets throw out.

Jimi cannot sue you for defamation because nothing was said about him. But when you post rumors about someone working as a prositute on a public blog, since you can’t necessarily prove it, and she has a public image and if it ruins her image, she will have a case.
People do pull this card a lot but if she wanted to she could still bring a case against you cause anyone could do that really. They can find a lawyer that will try it, even to just scare you. Lawyers will do anything for money. So you never know, it depends on how driven Jimi and Raquel are to get you back.

Also, seems like Raquel doesn’t want anything to get bad with you but JIMI said she did…I would think about all the times before where Jimi said something that Raquel said that pissed you off and think if he was telling the truth.
